This page describes how personal data is processed in connection with the website www.iseacesko.cz, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

This site does not use analytics or advertising tools to measure traffic. We process personal data only when you actively provide it:
3. Purpose and legal basis
Contact form — purpose: handling your enquiry or request (pre‑contract steps or contract performance). Legal basis: primarily Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; where you confirm processing in the form, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR also applies to that extent.
News e‑mails — purpose: sending information about news and related notices as described in the signup dialog. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent). You may withdraw consent at any time (see section 7).
4. Retention
Contact form data: kept as long as needed to handle your request and for applicable limitation periods — typically up to three years after the last contact unless the law requires longer or we agree otherwise.
News subscription: kept for as long as you remain subscribed. After withdrawal of consent or an unsubscribe request we remove your e‑mail or stop using it for this purpose, within 30 days of receiving your request, unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Recipients
Processors may handle data on our behalf (e.g. hosting or e‑mail providers), always under a data processing agreement. We do not sell data or pass it to third parties for their marketing.
6. Cookies and server logs
Only technical cookies needed for basic site functionality may be used (e.g. remembering that you closed an information or news‑signup popup so it is not shown again). We do not use cookies for audience measurement or targeted ads.
Our hosting provider may keep routine server logs required to run and secure the infrastructure (e.g. IP address, request time). We do not use that information for profiling or marketing.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability (where applicable), objection, and to withdraw consent for consent‑based processing (especially the news subscription). To unsubscribe from news e‑mails, e‑mail us from the address you signed up with at info@iseacesko.cz (e.g. “unsubscribe”). You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (www.uoou.cz). Other requests about personal data: same address.
8. Note
Browsing alone, without submitting the contact form or signing up for news, does not send us your personal data. Links to other sites (manufacturer, social networks, etc.) are governed by those sites’ policies.
